It's an open world adventure that won't hold your hand, won't give you any 3rd-party "helper" character to tell you what to do next. There are puzzles, there are dead ends, there are hidden secrets and many quests for you to solve. Free Version allows for about 2-3 hours of full gameplay, the first 3 quests. The Full Game usually takes about 30 hours to complete, with many more quests, hundreds of enemies, a dozen more dungeons and environments.
